Anatomy Basics
Introduction to the relevant body structures — muscles, fascia, joints, and the nervous system — and their role in precise and safe massage techniques.

Massage Techniques

Positioning & preparation for treatment

Hygiene protocols for professional standards

Ergonomics for massage therapists

Assessment, client care & communication

Massage techniques: kneading, stroking, frictions & Bodymind Therapy signature techniques

Indications & contraindications for all learned massage types

Exam & Certification
The assessment is optional. Without taking the exam, you will receive a certificate of attendance. Full participation in all course days (or making up missed sessions) is required in both cases.
Self-Practice — A minimum of 25 hours of massage practice on volunteers, carried out independently between in-person sessions. Required for certification.
