Course Structure

Nervous System & Anatomy
The sympathetic, parasympathetic nervous system and Polyvagal Theory form the scientific foundation for an understanding of how touch directly influences the nervous system. Combined with the anatomy of the foot, hands, face, and ears. A particular focus is placed on therapeutic presence: the ability to act as a regulating force as a practitioner — not only through technique, but through grounding, self-regulation, and professional boundaries.

Massage Techniques
From the vagus nerve to acupressure points on the face and reflexology on the feet using the Thai technique — the techniques in this module are precise, versatile, and directly focused on nervous system regulation. Complemented by wellness hand massage, neck and ear massage, as well as vagus nerve self-massage and breath activation.

Exam & Certification
The assessment is optional. Without taking the exam, you will receive a certificate of attendance. Full participation in all course days (or making up missed sessions) is required in both cases.
Self-Practice — A minimum of 25 hours of massage practice on volunteers, carried out independently between in-person sessions. Required for certification.
Details on the exam, self-practice requirements, and cancellation policy can be found in the FAQ

Who is this Module for?
For graduates of Module 1 who want to expand their therapeutic repertoire with targeted specialisations — foot reflexology, face and hand massage as standalone treatment formats.
This module also deepens what lies behind the technique: how practitioners consciously hold the treatment space and influence their clients' nervous system — raising the quality of their own practice to another level.
