We are creating an environment for healing, relaxation, and inspiration for coaches, therapists, masseurs, and anyone who wants to express their creativity.

Our cozy facilities provide space for therapies, meditations, bodywork, coaching, seminars, and more.
Our Rooms
The studio has a total area of 63 sq m.
It is centrally located in Kreuzberg, only 8 minutes away from Gneisenaustraße subway station. Also easily accessible by bus M41, which runs directly from Central Station and stops just a 4-minute walk away.

Front room: therapy, coaching, counseling, seminars, workshops, meetings, meditation, relaxation. For small groups of up to 10 people.
Bookable days
We particularly like to rent rooms to people who share our values and want to enter into a long-term partnership.

Rental is only possible per shift.
Hourly rental is not available.
One day shift is 4 to 6 hours.
Monday to Sunday:
Please ask for availability.
Rental rates
The usage fees include the costs for heating, water, electricity, waste, maintenance, use of furniture and existing work equipment, and shared use of the kitchen and toilet.

Cleaning is not included. Rooms should be left clean and tidy as found. Otherwise, €50 cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit.

CONTINUOUS BOOKING

Contract Conditions

3-month contract. Automatic renewal every 3rd month.

Deposit: 1 month's rent

Liability insurance, registration in Germany (if this is not possible, an individual agreement will be made), and liability agreement for possible damage.

Payment Method
Monthly transfer in advance. The transfer must be made by the 3rd of the month.
​
Cancelation
The notice period is 2 months in writing (e-mail).
OCCASIONAL BOOKING
1-2x a month
Price: €75 per shift per day

Payment Method
Advance payment of the invoice no later than 14 days before use.
​
Cancelation
If the booking is canceled within 7 days or less, the cancellation fee is 60%. If canceled within 3 days or less, the cancellation fee is 100%. Cancellations must be made in writing (via email).
