Approx. 15 sqm, quiet courtyard-facing orientation. Equipped with a massage table. Suitable for massage and bodywork (no erotic or sexual services).
Front Room
Approx. 30 sqm, direct street access. Equipped with a sofa, couch, and table. Suitable for therapy, coaching, counselling, seminars, workshops, and meditation — for groups of up to 10 people.
Shared Areas
Small kitchenette with fridge, kettle, and dishes. WC available. Laminate flooring throughout.

WiFi, washing machine, shower. Oils, candles, towels, drinks, and food are not included.
Rental Prices & Availability
All fees include heating, water, electricity, waste, maintenance, and use of furniture and kitchen. Cleaning is not included.
