Body Psychotherapy in Berlin

Our body-oriented psychotherapy in Berlin is an integrative approach combining bodywork, psychotherapy, and personal development.
At its core is the interplay between body, mind, and relationships – muscular tension and internal conflicts are not viewed in isolation but in connection with physical, emotional, and social dynamics.
This approach is especially helpful for people in times of transition, those experiencing psychosomatic symptoms, chronic stress, or seeking deep and lasting realignment.
We offer individual sessions or the structured 10-week “Transformation Program.”
Over the course of 10 weeks, we’ll work on:

The Bodymind E-Guide supports you with exercises and reflections – to keep your motivation strong and enable deep, lasting change.
The program includes:

Psychotherapeutic sessions combined with targeted body-oriented methods – including psychosomatic massage, Bodynamic exercises, and both active and passive bodywork.

10 sessions in Berlin – one session per week, each lasting 90 minutes.

Our individual sessions in Berlin offer you space to work on your personal themes – flexibly and at your own pace.
You can choose between different plans – from 1 to 4 sessions per month.

We work with modern body psychotherapy, mindfulness-based methods, and coaching to support your personal growth. This includes working with inner dialogue, relaxation techniques, imagery, and roleplay – always tailored to your individual goals. These tools help you reconnect with your body and access deeper layers of your emotions.
