Yes! – and how effective it is depends largely on you. Even without physical touch, a deep, embodied, and meaningful therapeutic process is possible. What matters most is presence, mutual perception, and connection. To make this possible, it’s essential that posture, breath, and subtle movements can still be observed.

Checklist for Your Online Session

1. Is your webcam at eye level? This allows for natural eye contact and greater presence. 2. Is your chest area visible? Important for breath and expression – keep it in the frame. 3. Have you set up a quiet space? Ideally, a place to sit and lie down comfortably, undisturbed. 4. Can we see your whole body when standing? For movement work, full visibility – including your feet – is helpful. 5. Is your privacy protected? Make sure no one can overhear or interrupt – it creates safety. 6. Do you have a caffeine-free drink nearby? Water or tea supports focus and groundedness.

This intensive 10-week online program is for anyone ready to go deeper — for those who feel stuck in their own thoughts and patterns, whose inner conflicts and fears are holding them back from living the life they truly want.

 

You can start with an online initial consultation — together, we’ll see if the program is the right fit for you.

The program includes:

  • 10 online sessions — one session per week, each lasting 60 minutes.

  • The offer is valid for 3 months (12 weeks, non-extendable).
