In this 60-minute online initial consultation, we take the time to explore what’s currently challenging you – and what kind of support can best guide you forward. Stornierung / Cancellation
Cancellations and rescheduling are possible up to 48 hours before the appointment. For cancellations within this period, a €10 transaction fee will be deducted from the refund — please choose rescheduling rather than cancelling whenever possible. For cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment, the full amount will be retained. This also applies in cases of illness or other comparable short-notice circumstances.
