Body psychotherapist, massage therapist, and alternative practitioner for psychotherapy (§ 1 HeilprG)

1.  Admission Requirements

• You are interested in holistic bodywork, anatomy, physiology, and enjoy working with people.

• The training is an adult education event and requires full legal age. It aims to promote professional competence through personal growth.

• Participants bear full responsibility for their well-being throughout the entire training.

• The course content may only be applied within the scope of your own level of education and in compliance with legal regulations. If you are from abroad, we kindly ask you to independently clarify the legal framework applicable in your country.

2.  Finances

• The student is obligated to pay a fee plus 0.00% VAT. Any discounts or voucher deductions will be indicated on the invoice.

• The course fees do not include the cost of specialized literature.

3. Study Duration

• The in-person training for wellness massage takes place over a weekend and spans a period of 4 months. In the case of shorter courses, this will be indicated on the relevant website.

• In case the organizer needs to cancel specific sessions during the training, they will be rescheduled for a later date.

• The final examination of the wellness massage training takes place at the end of the training and can be completed free of charge.

4. Led by Instructor Enrico Fonte

Throughout the entire training, Enrico Fonte is personally available to provide guidance and answer any subject-related questions via email.

5.  Completion and Certificate

• The training in wellness massage follows the content of the Bodymind Therapy method. The training concludes after the start of the program with an internal practical final examination, consisting of a theoretical and a practical part.

• Upon successful completion of the final examination in Berlin, participants will receive the Bodymind Therapy certificate for a wellness massage. The one-time final examination is included in the training fee. The certificate confirms successful participation in the Bodymind Therapy method. In case of failure, the examination can be retaken up to three times for a fee of €50.

• The examination is voluntary and not mandatory. If the examination is not completed, the graduate will receive a certificate of participation instead of the certificate. In this case, the participant is not allowed to work in Bodymind Therapy or use it in their resume.

• For shorter courses, participants will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion.

6. Termination Conditions

• In the event of the organizer canceling the entire training for any reason, the full training or course fee will be refunded. If a participant needs to cancel the training/course, cancellation is required no later than 30 days before the start of the training/course. In this case, the organizer retains the deposit and refunds all other fees.

• For cancellations that do not reach the organizer on time, all fees will be retained. However, a refund of the deposit may be considered in exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies). The participant is requested to contact the organizer and provide official documentation explaining the reason for the cancellation.

• Please note: Cancellations must be in written form and must be submitted within the specified timeframe. If they are received on a weekend, the next working day (Monday) will be considered the date of receipt.

7.  Data Protection/Confidentiality/Copyright

• By registering, the participant agrees that personal data will be stored, processed, and used to facilitate the training process and provide future participant information via email.

• Participants are not only bound by the confidentiality requirements of Section 203 of the German Criminal Code ("Violation of Private Secrets") but they are also obligated to maintain confidentiality regarding any other confidential matters that come to their knowledge during the training or that are explicitly required to be kept confidential.

• All materials provided during the training or courses are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or published without our written consent.

8. Copyright

• The entire study material provided during the training session is intended solely for the named participant. Selling the materials, digitizing them, or distributing them free of charge to other individuals or institutions is strictly prohibited.

• The entire study material is protected by copyright and may not be published or otherwise distributed.

9. Data Protection Information

We use your data to respond to your inquiries, process your registration, conduct your training, and retain the completion documents. Additionally, we are interested in maintaining a customer relationship with you and providing you with information and offers from us. Therefore, we process your data and engage our service providers based on Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) of the European General Data Protection Regulation. If you do not wish to receive information and offers, you can always object to the use of your data for advertising purposes by contacting us at info@bodymindtherapy.de.
