Course Content

Female Anatomy & Physiology
From pelvic structure and the pelvic floor to the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, and menopause — including organ palpation — this module explores the female body in its hormonal and structural complexity.

Massage Techniques
The techniques in this module go far beyond standard wellness — from abdominal work, iliopsoas, and adductors to lymphatic techniques, breast massage, and pregnancy massage in side-lying position. Areas rarely covered in conventional massage training.
The approach is highly individualized: each technique is adapted to the client’s current phase, specific concerns, and physical boundaries.

Exam & Certification
The certification is optional. Without taking the exam, you will receive a certificate of attendance. Full participation in all course days (or making up missed sessions) is required in both cases.
Self-Practice — A minimum of 20 hours of massage practice on volunteers, carried out independently between in-person sessions. Required for certification.
Details on the exam, self-practice requirements, and cancellation policy can be found in the FAQ.

Who is this Module for?
With this module, you will be able to work with clients seeking body-oriented support in areas that often receive limited attention in conventional medical contexts: menstrual discomfort, pregnancy, and menopause.
Each treatment is highly adaptable — tailored to the client’s current phase, specific concerns, and life stage. You offer a form of work that is rarely available and increasingly in demand.
What Comes Next?
After completing all four modules, you can progress to Module 5: Joint Release & Active Deep Stretch — a specialization that expands your work with mobility restrictions, chronic tension, and athletic recovery.
