Modular Structure

The training consists of 4 consecutive modules, completed in a fixed sequence. Each module concludes with a certificate.

Entry into professional practice is possible after Module 1.

Classes take place on weekends — two modules per weekend, one per day (e.g. Saturday: Anatomy & Wellness, Sunday: Vagus & Foot Reflex).

Your Trainer: Enrico Fonte
Founder, Instructor & Massage Therapist
Enrico Fonte is the founder of Bodymind Therapy and co-author of professional literature for therapists. His interdisciplinary background includes massage, body therapy, functional training, coaching, and psychotherapy.
For over a decade, he worked as a massage therapist in leading 5-star hotels in Berlin, including Grand Hyatt, The Westin, and Steigenberger.
As an instructor, he teaches techniques not in isolation, but in the context of the body, nervous system, posture, and internal processes — grounded in anatomy, neurophysiology, and psychosomatics.
