Body Psychotherapy in Berlin
For inner restlessness, emotional exhaustion, or psychosomatic symptoms.
For people who feel that something isn’t right — but don’t know how to change it.
In this 90-minute first session, we work not only with words, but also explore your somatic experience and personal history. Together, we identify the themes that are most important to you and how they can gradually begin to change.

Stress Doesn’t Always Look the Way You Think
Past experiences and ongoing stress often show up quietly in everyday life — in your behavior, in your body, and in your relationships.
Do these sound familiar?
On the outside, everything seems fine, but inside, you feel empty.
You often feel tired and exhausted or overwhelmed by life.
You experience chronic tension or pain — but no one can find a clear cause.
You can't seem to let go, trust, and relax — no matter how hard you try.
Inner restlessness, nervousness, or constant overthinking have been with you for a long time.
It feels like you’re stuck in patterns that go back years — maybe even to childhood.
You avoid conflict and feel disconnected from yourself.
You long for closeness, but push it away when it’s there.
"I have worked with several therapists over the years — but none led to the positive results that my sessions with Enrico brought."
