Integrative bodywork for women and Flinta* in Berlin is an individually tailored treatment designed to support the body through all phases of the menstrual cycle.
The focus is on abdominal and pelvic tension, swelling, nervous system regulation, and the physical and emotional changes that accompany menstruation, perimenopause, and menopause.


Your First Session
The first session is more than a treatment. It is an in-depth introduction to your body, your history, and your current concerns.
We begin with a conversation. We listen, ask questions, and develop together a clear picture of which treatment makes sense for you.
The hands-on treatment follows — already fully tailored to you.

Mindful Bodywork with Therapeutic Integration
Enrico Fonte is a licensed psychotherapy practitioner (§ 1 HeilprG) and has been a therapist and massage teacher for over a decade. His approach combines gentle abdominal and pelvic work with a deep understanding of stress, psychosomatic processes, and emotional dynamics. He works with precision, calm, and a strong sense of what a body needs — and what it doesn't need right now.
Available: Monday to Friday.

Nora Vladiguerova
Mindful Bodywork
Nora Vladiguerova is a trained massage therapist specializing in mindful massage for women and Flinta*. Her work is warm, precise, and attuned to the female body. With calm presence and a refined sensitivity, she supports women in releasing tension, finding deep relaxation, and reconnecting with their bodies.
Available: Saturday and Sunday.
When Is This Treatment Not Suitable
Your safety comes first. Please do not book a session if any of the following apply to you — or speak with your doctor beforehand.

Pregnancy bodywork is only available from the 2nd trimester.

Recent abdominal or pelvic surgery (within the last 6 weeks).

Acute infections in the abdominal or pelvic area (e.g., active endometriosis, cysts requiring surgery).

Fever, acute inflammation, or severe exhaustion.

Blood clotting disorders or thrombosis.

Severe cardiovascular conditions.
