Integrative bodywork for women in Berlin is an individually tailored treatment for all phases of the cycle, with a focus on swelling, abdominal and pelvic tension, as well as nervous system and stress regulation during hormonal changes, menstrual discomfort, perimenopause, and menopause.


Your First Session
The first session is more than a treatment. It is an in-depth introduction to your body, your history, and your current concerns.

We begin with a conversation. We listen, ask questions, and develop together a clear picture of which treatment makes sense for you.
The hands-on treatment follows — already fully tailored to you.

Enrico Fonte
Enrico Fonte is a licensed psychotherapy practitioner (§ 1 HeilprG) and has been a therapist and massage teacher for over a decade. His approach combines gentle abdominal and pelvic work with a deep understanding of stress, psychosomatic processes, and emotional dynamics. He works with precision, calm, and a strong sense of what a body needs — and what it doesn't need right now.

Nora Vladiguerova
Nora Vladiguerova is a trained massage therapist specialising in mindful women's bodywork. Her work is warm, precise and attuned to the female body system. For some clients it feels more comfortable when sensitive areas such as the abdomen or pelvis are treated by a woman — Nora brings both the sensitivity and depth to do this well.

When Is This Treatment Not Suitable
Your safety comes first. Please do not book a session if any of the following apply to you — or speak with your doctor beforehand.

Pregnancy bodywork is only available from the 2nd trimester.

Recent abdominal or pelvic surgery (within the last 6 weeks).

Acute infections in the abdominal or pelvic area (e.g., active endometriosis, cysts requiring surgery).

Fever, acute inflammation, or severe exhaustion.

Blood clotting disorders or thrombosis.

Severe cardiovascular conditions.
