Stornierung / Cancellation
Cancellations and rescheduling are possible up to 48 hours before the appointment. The 48-hour notice period is based on the exact time of your appointment, rather than two calendar days. For cancellations within this period, a €10 transaction fee will be deducted from the refund — please choose rescheduling rather than cancelling whenever possible. For cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment, the full amount will be retained. This also applies in cases of illness or other comparable short-notice circumstances.
